Artistic Director & Acting Instructor
Eleanor Vance is the visionary Artistic Director and a core Acting Instructor at Thespian Arts Academy. An award-winning theatre director with over 25 years of experience, Eleanor has directed numerous critically acclaimed productions in London's West End and Off-West End theatres. Eleanor holds a Doctorate of Fine Arts from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and a Master of Arts in Theatre Directing from Birkbeck, University of London. Her directing credits include "Hamlet" at the Globe Theatre, "A Streetcar Named Desire" at the National Theatre, and "Wicked" at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. She has also worked extensively in film and television, directing episodes of popular British dramas. Eleanor's teaching philosophy centers on empowering students to discover their unique voices and develop their craft through rigorous training and personalized mentorship. She believes in fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment where students can take risks, explore their creativity, and achieve their full potential.

Head of Vocal Studies & Vocal Coach
Samuel Davies is the Head of Vocal Studies and a distinguished Vocal Coach at Thespian Arts Academy. A renowned vocal coach who has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, Samuel specializes in vocal technique, performance, and audition preparation. He holds a Master of Music degree from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and is a Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music (LRAM). Samuel has served as a vocal consultant for major record labels and has coached artists for Grammy-winning albums and West End productions. His teaching approach emphasizes breath control, vocal placement, and stylistic interpretation. Samuel believes in tailoring his coaching to the individual needs and goals of each student, helping them to develop their unique vocal style and achieve their full potential as singers. He’s also a published author on vocal health best practices.

Head of Dance & Dance Instructor
Isabella Rodriguez is the Head of Dance and a dynamic Dance Instructor at Thespian Arts Academy. A professional dancer and choreographer with extensive experience in ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, Isabella has performed with leading dance companies around the world, including the Royal Ballet and the Rambert Dance Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Dance from the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Isabella's choreographic work has been featured in numerous dance festivals and theatrical productions. Her teaching philosophy centers on fostering creativity, discipline, and a love of movement in her students. She believes in providing a supportive and challenging learning environment where students can develop their technical skills, artistic expression, and confidence as dancers. Isabella specializes in teaching students to have the best possible body awareness and how to prevent dance related injuries.

Theatre History & Dramatic Literature
Dr. Alistair McGregor brings his vast knowledge of theatre history and dramatic literature to Thespian Arts Academy. With a PhD from Oxford University, Alistair’s courses provide a crucial theoretical underpinning to the practical training. He challenges students to contextualize their work within the rich history of the performing arts. He frequently organizes field trips to London’s many theatres.

Olivia Chen, holding an MFA from the American Film Institute, is a leading instructor in screen acting and film production at Thespian Arts Academy. Stage Combat & Physical Theatre
Marcus Bell is a certified instructor in stage combat and physical theatre. His courses equip students with the skills to safely and effectively portray violence and complex physicality on stage. Marcus has worked as a fight choreographer for numerous West End productions. He has a Certificate of Higher Education from the Central School of Speech and Drama.
